Information on the workshop can be found at the website
http://www.ap.smu.ca/LOWq03/
Registration and accommodation information can be found there,
aong with information on Halifax and tourism opportunities in the area.
**********************************************************************
Please note the following important dates:
May
30th, 2003:
Deadline
for abstract submission for contributed talks or posters.
June
2nd, 2003:
Last
date for hotel reservations at workshop rate.
July
2nd, 2003:
Registration
deadline.

Scientific Program:
There will be a mix of theoretical and experimental talks in each of
6 sessions,
with the emphasis on existing and foreseeable opportunities
for doing high-precision
physics at low momentum transfer.
An updated
list of
confirmed invited speakers can be found on the website.
**
Further, time has been left for some Contributed Talks, and Contributed
Posters will have
an excellent space allocated, allowing for great
viewing and dicussion
during the Workshop.
Emailed submissions of contributed abstracts will be accepted
(up to 1 page,
postscript or PDF format) - email to
by May 30, 2003.
Some contributions will
be accepted for the oral presentations, and
the rest for poster
presentation. Decisions regarding
oral versus
poster presentation
will be finalized/confirmed before the first
week of June.
